Hala AI enters private pilot
Early partners begin testing autonomous inbound call handling across live customer traffic.
Meta Empires is an AI holding company. We research, build, and operate a portfolio of autonomous systems across voice, agents, and infrastructure, replacing manual operations at scale. Hala AI was our first. It will not be our last.
What we operate
Meta Empires is structured as a holding company, not a single product. Each division attacks a different layer of the same problem: work that still depends on a human being available.
Real-time, native-speaking voice agents that hold full business conversations: inbound, outbound, multilingual, and indistinguishable from your best operator.
Agentic systems that don’t just answer. They act: booking, qualifying, updating records, and closing loops across the tools a business already runs on.
A standing research function studying where operations break: missed calls, lost leads, overloaded teams. Findings become products, not papers.
We incorporate, fund, and operate new AI companies in-house, taking each from research insight to shipped product under one roof.
The shared substrate every venture inherits: orchestration, telemetry, evaluation, and deployment rails built once and reused across the portfolio.
The portfolio
We do not consult. We incorporate, fund, and run AI companies, starting with the one that proved the model.
A native-speaking AI voice agent that answers every inbound call, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment. Autonomously, around the clock, without scripts or supervision.
Autonomous outbound sequences that research, call, and follow up on a target list, with every conversation logged and scored.
An always-on agent layer that sits across a business’s tools, watching for the work nobody has time to do, and doing it.
A fourth venture is in research. Details are held until the pilot cohort is closed.
The platform
Each company we launch inherits the same production-grade foundation. That is the advantage of building as a holding company instead of a series of startups.
Voice, chat, and API surfaces: the places a customer actually meets the system.
Reasoning, planning, tool use, and escalation policy. Where the work gets decided.
Routing, state, retries, and human handoff. The machinery that keeps long tasks alive.
Continuous scoring on real traffic. Nothing ships to production on vibes.
Inference, telemetry, and deployment rails shared across the entire portfolio.
How we operate
AI fails when it is introduced all at once. We remove one constraint at a time, prove the operational impact, and only then expand.
We study a live operation until we can name the exact constraint: the missed call, the lost lead, the overloaded team.
A focused product is built against that single constraint. Narrow scope, production quality, real users in weeks.
Impact is measured against the operation it replaced. If it does not hold under real volume, it does not ship.
Capability expands only when scale demands it. Then the system becomes shared infrastructure for the next venture.
The company
Most AI companies ship one product and defend it. We built a structure that turns every product into leverage for the next one: shared research, shared infrastructure, shared operators.
A tool that needs supervision has not removed the work. We build systems that finish the job.
Everything we release is measured against the human process it replaces, under real volume.
Every venture returns its infrastructure to the group. The fourth company is faster than the first.
We do not sell software and walk away. We operate what we build alongside our partners.
